Have I ever hurt you in the past, or why are you trying to make this a personal thing?

I am just quoting an internationally published list of known supercomputers, they run this list since longer time and update it frequently. I do not make any claims by myself here. And what you believe-claim-assume for the NSA, you maybe want to take into account on behalf of the Chinese counterparts as well, then?
