I am just quoting an internationally published list of known supercomputers, they run this list since longer time and update it frequently. I do not make any claims by myself here. And what you believe-claim-assume for the NSA, you maybe want to take into account on behalf of the Chinese counterparts as well, then?

If I built the #1 supercomputer and diddnt publish it then its not the #1 unless found and published later. I dont give a rats butt about NSA systems.
