Yeah but the point is they were able to deploy their weapon and withdraw so it has to go in the Nemo column.

As for the sinking, it might just be an example of why the Army shouldn't operate submarines, ever think of that?

Since that was the third time the thing sank, killing everyone aboard each time, I vote for design flaw.
