I don't know if it can help you, i cut the longer samples into 2 parts. You just have to find a way to play them a fixed time offset after the initial one.

Thank you for your time and efforts. I was hoping to shorten play length/time. Splitting them means part of the Sample will no longer be used.
I will try cutting the American voice and replace it with the SH5 Deck Watch Officer voice. Then trimming some of the silence and junk noise to reduce play time to 15 seconds or less.
