Nope, missions can be completed across any number of patrols, as long as they are completed by the date listed on them.

Yup, totally different mission.

Total Germany has 4 'missions' to complete before June 1940.

1. Sink 50,000 tons near the east coast of England
2. Sink 100,000 tons in the Southern Approaches
3. Sink 5 ships in the Norther Approaches and 1 Aircraft Carrier in the south

Then once March 1940 arrives, you get Operation Wesserbung or something, which is sinking a bunch of warships up north by Narvik, Norway.

The 5 ships are "troop transports", found near Loch Ewe.

The 50,000 needs to be sunk near the area marked, something like 100km from the coastline I think? I'll try to find the picture that shows that, gotta run to a meeting real quick.

Chances are that you weren't sinking them in the right area matey.

This thread may help you

Edit - sorry linked the wrong thread , will try to find the one I'm thinking of

I've not been able to find it mate - could try the faq's thread http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=162934

Or try a search of the forum yourself - there's a walkthrough in there somewhere.

Good luck matey

Can't find the thread I've been looking for, but this is basically it:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...42&postcount=3

Sink them within 100km of that red line for them to count.

Default Can't dock the stupid sub

I'll have to end the career if I can't get fuel. I have returned to Heligoland with 10% fuel left but cannot get the sub docked.

Is there a secret password or hand signal?

Wait ! It is night. Maybe the dock master and crew are all gone home to bed.

I'll have to wait until morning?

You can dock/end patrol only at your home base, check the map for a BIG blue sub icon.. that's ur base. Refit can be made at any friendly port, just get close enough to the port and you will see a flashing yellow anchor icon at the top of the screen, next to the time compression icons. Click on it and choose refit from the menu. Simple as that.

Default my career doesn't seem to go on

I am now doing the BLOCKADE OF GERMANY mission and I have sank 5 ships on the patrol red line but it is still open. the same with the coastal waters mission in which I was supposed to sink 50000 tons of merchant shipping. Again when I did that nothing happened.
