Try modding SH3 or SH5 to be able to play as the US or UK. Good luck! SH5 it's possible but it will take you ages.
Try giving SH4 a atmosphere higher than 20km. If you were to achieve these they would be considered .exe hacks and therefore banned from the forum. So no... "They're all moddable" does not apply.
