Best one?
Surely the best of the series, is the one that suits the player best. I care little for loading times (what price a great sim?) or whether one's waves have more foam than another's. What I care for is the immersion factor, playability, longevity and being able to set up the entire thing so failure is always right around the corner.
It's a matter of personal choice rather than a definitive poll of which of the series is 'best'. Politely abstained.
