I thought I remembered a setting for "Ship Spotted", but I don't have it in my notes.
If it exists, it should be "1".

I don't see anything for that in the GWX main.cfg. Wasn't an option for it in Commander either, which is why I was wondering how anyone got it to drop for non-enemy ships.

Not sure I want to drop to 1TC in that situation anyway, I was just curious.
