Apart from Spring Time for Hitler, I only really remember two other "make fun of teh Hitler" attempts that WAS funny.

One was "Mr. Hilter" as a pensionate tenant in Greater London - playing tourist and staring John Cleese as "Mr. Hilter".

The other is Inglourious Basterds.

Since we're on the topic (or off the topic, as the case may be) of films that mock Hitler and the Nutzis, one would be remiss to leave out one of my all time favorites:

A lovely little Disney piece called "Der Fuehrer's Face", otherwise known as "Donald Duck goes to Nutziland"
