Just when i thought I could not miss with DOK in SH4 here comes SH5 and I got to learn all over again. I understood the method used in SH3 but was never really good at it. I do not want to run with map updates and wish to hardcore it. You couldn't miss with DOK in SH4

It works just fine in SH5 as well. As long as you have the target's speed and course properly plotted the Fast90/DickOKane method works perfectly.

Untill you upgrade your torpedoman; one of his passive skills increases torpedo speed.
I know it says range, but it's speed. ![]() At least, that is the situation to the best of my knowledge. ![]()

Ahh yes, there's a few mods out there that fix that problem though. The entire morale and ability system should be scrapped until it's fixed.

Imho take out the activated abilities, don't use them anyway. And the passive ones need an overhaul.
