Anatomy of the Ship: The Type VII Uboat Encyclopedia of UBoats From 1904 to the Present Uboat War Patrol: The Hidden Photograhic Diary of U-564 Warship Pictoral #27: Kriegsmarine Type VII Unterseeboot U-Boot - The History of the Kriegsmarine U-Boats 1935-1945 ...but Silversurfer was right - Das Boot and Iron Coffins are both excellent reads in their own rights!
