Thanks all for your understanding.
Yes, I am not doing this by myself, I am hiring an experienced server company to do the actual work. The days of Onkel Neal doing the actual work and learning as he goes, causing 12 hour outages while 50 people are waiting to get back in the forums, are long gone  The work is scheduled to start after Monday, so bear with us if the forums seem slow for a couple days.
