Well since he gots himself a Preview copy... Me thinking that maybe that was the plan. I mean He has been releasing a few videos before hand though.

Now I would expect it before release day or it won't technically be a preview anymore.

10s of thousands of people are watching neil.
Give the man some time, back off people...

let him have time to shape his own opinion and try every thing the game has to offer, the write it down. will need a few weeks yet.

he also doesnt want to say too much so you still have the fun and pleasure of discovering some things for yourself.

i think neal will cover the basics of our concerns but dont expect a tell all type of review, at least not until he has the actual real game to review.

I was of the understanding Neal wouldn't be publishing a detailed preview until after the games public release

I agree.

I think Neal's policy is to write a review only on a finished product. It would do little good to review an old build.

I think he waits for a gone gold version to evaluate.

Neal posted his thoughts on what constituted both pre-release preview and what is review of finished product. I'm sure we'll see both a preview soon and a full review in the weeks following release.

Agreed, we're all anxious to know all the details but it's good not to spoil everything, I want to be experiencing some of the stuff on my own.

See here

And here

Don't expect Neal to provide a review of the game. He'll only be able to give preview information. Neal has stated he will do a full review, but not until the game has been released.

Not to mention that the guy does have a life outside of SH5...

Neal exists for one and only one purpose right now. He is to do nothing, except answer each and every request for information about a copy of SH5 that might not even reflect the release version.
