In in the seventies, this law was modified in Germany. Swastikas are allowed to show for historical education in documentation or books and as well in artistic works such as pictures, movies.

Computer games are not considered by law as artistic works and swastikas are banned in computer games in Germany. Ubisoft would not get in these countries a permission to sell a game with swastikas.

Only one gripe, the volumetric light during casting shadow from the destroyer's mast when the sun was going down was abit silly. Correct me if I'm wrong but, shouldnt there be fog, pollution etc. in the air for the shadow to be visible? I know I've never seen that effect in real life in clear wearther.

Otherwise, it looks awesome.

Swastika is nazi symbol, publishing this symbol is banned in many European countries.

Somehow I'm finding this law outdated already. If there can be movies with swastika and there are games with swastika like COD, Brothers in Arms, etc. why should SH5 be an exception ?

Dont matter, You wil get swastikas, as they can be modded in - in about 15 minutes (by virtually anyone)
Export DDS files to Photoshop, copy and paste, save, re-import back to SHV & Done!
IMHO there are much bigger things to worry about.

The only downfall is I NEED MORE!! no seriously i really must say (or am i the only one) that it looks too much like an upgraded sh-4 kindish. Really looks good and all but still i,m not convtinced what the major improvment is. But still many months to go..
