I would really recommend downloading GWX or another mod which has reworked the mediterranean campaign. As JScones said, this problem will be solved and I can guarantee you will have much more fun!
Furthermore, I think GWX removes the renown for reaching patrol grids, so you don't have to go to them anyway. |
