Umm, that means he "can take it"? Seems like he has no choice.

Regardless of your politics, if you don't see the guy as nothing more than a disingenuous hack, you're an idiot. He's made so many false claims iand obvious distortions in his films that it only exposes the weak-mindedness of his crowd when they support him.

The fact that only one party truly distances itself from him only serves to highlight the intellectual weakness of the other. Hell, even *I* agree with some of his points - I just find myself too beholden to my integrity to have to you use tactics of spin and distortion to make the point.

I think Moore will appreciate the publicity.

I think it would be better if we just ignored Michael Moore.

Awww man I thought this was going to be about Ice Cream and Cupcakes

I dont get it Moores films have never been commercially successfull yet the guy evidently still has gobs of money.

He has always been like the neighbors barking dog. You try to ignore it and hope it will stop but its annoying as hell. Just when you think its going to stop it starts up again yap yap yap.

How have his movies not been commercially successful? They are not block busters, but they also cost nothing to make compared to an entertainment film.

I have no problem with the guy, other than him billing his movies as "documentaries", infering they have some substance in fact.

There is a market for his brand of product. More power to him. If people are stupid enough to take information from him, or any other source, without checking out the facts themselves, then that is their own problem.

I remember that his books and movies where quite successful in Europe.

In my opinion, Michael Moores best appearance was as a suicide bomber in Team America..

...uh yeah? The few films he's made have been immensely successful (Fahrenheit 9/11 alone grossed $200 million at the box office), so do you really think that, after all the ones which have been made scrutinizing him, one more is going to make him any less successful?

Not necessarily. Do not assume that everyone who watches Moore's movies believes everything in it. Some people, like me, watch them for their entertainment value.

Did you go see them at the theater thus giving Moore your hard earned money?

Nah, I use Netflix. But then I use Netflix for everything as I hate going to the movie theater.

Well you still contributed to his bank account then albeit not as much as you would have had you gone to the theater.

Personally i'd rather pull my fingernails off with a pair of rusty pliers than give that creep a dime of my money.
