The 1st Flotilla will transfer to Brest on May 1941 while the 2nd Flotilla will transfer to Lorient on September 1940, at the same time the 7th/13th Flotilla will transfer to St. Nazarie.
You have a table with information about Flotillas, bases, submarines avaliable to them and transfers on GWX Manual.
