Changing bases
 

I am in my GWX 3 campaign in August 1940. I got a message saying that Lorient and 1 other base in France are avaliable. I even docked at Lorient. I am curious when I can change my base to there. I tried requesting a transfer, but it would appear the only bases I can transfer to are Kiel and Wilhemshaven. :hmmm:

The 1st Flotilla will transfer to Brest on May 1941 while the 2nd Flotilla will transfer to Lorient on September 1940, at the same time the 7th/13th Flotilla will transfer to St. Nazarie.
