I changed the cfg by eliminating the bombs then opened the the eqp file by adding .txt to the end of the file name so I could see it in notepad then removed the bombs and replaced them with null. I also changed the ge and en logs to show no bombs. When done I delete the .txt I added to the eqp This is required when adjusting any loads for any planes Or, PM an email add and I will send you the Cane and Ju87 corrected, as I have had them for over 100 patrols with no trouble. Ok sweet - thanks for the info - Linux simply opens those files in a notepad like application so I can edit the values.

well, imho there is something very wrong with the airattack routine after the recent patch. im using these files with jace11´s airpower 1.4c.
i started a career in early 41, and got attacked 4 days into first patrol, with almost fatal dmg. returned to base. second patrol almost the same i unloaded all my torps into a convoy, and on my return leg, i got again bounced, with considerable damage. third patrol around the canary islands. got there without being harmed, but after 2 days of patroling i got again jumped by aircraft. they missed thist time. i relocated further to the south, but 2 days later, i got again attacked by aircraft, and received a fatal load directly ontop of me. dead. i never had time to dive before they unloaded, altho i have the tc set to 0 at the cfg files incase of aircraft spotted. it was always the same setup. two catalinas, and it was always good wather, with good visibilty. its april to july 41. am i doing something wrong? i played around 60 patrols before the recent patch, and i just stated to play again. appart from the odd high numbers of aircraft in each flight, i never thought that the airthread was out of place, but now it feels all weird. |
