Bit strange verdict if you ask me. He gets no immediate jail time meaning he won't have a 'full' criminal record. Hell, maybe no record at all if he can get it expunged later on with the help of family lawyer.
Compare verdicts like this to absolute jail time verdicts that are handed out to many young blacks in the States. |
