7-zip should open it no problem, I use winrar but the same principles apply.

got rid of DBSM and game works fine now...may or may not d/l the Thompsen sound mod.

Yeah, just spend a bit of time getting the feel for GWX before you add anything else. Glad you're finally seaworthy.
