Seriously I wouldn't go messing with Russian border guards. It at least used to be so that Finnish border guards weren't allowed to go around with loaded weapons. Russians border guards always had live ammo and loaded weapons. They have this thing they do when Finnish truckers give them trouble, refuse to show what is in their truck or something, they chamber a round (pull back on the loading lever of the AK). That usually is enough to get the trucker co-operating.
