Usually I hate it when jokes have to be explained, but this time it's appreciated. I thought the word "beak" sufficed, didn't know there was also "bill"

dunno about Oxford but Longman gives bill as a beak as the 8th meaning so..u need to be native to get it. I didn;t know that bill=beak as well as Dowly but some ppl pronounce th like s so i finally got it.

No, you just need to know the language very well, but not be a native speaker. I understood it right away, thought it was incredibly lame and continued to scratch my left nut.
