All you need is GWX3.0 (available from the bottom FF link below my sig) and a fresh install of SH3 patched to 1.4b.
I would advise against using your past game saves....they'll probably not work anyway, therefore delete the SH3 folder which would usually be located in C\MyDocs. Good luck
