Oh yes im afraid the entries you want will be found within the Cfg folder in the basic file. if you increase the amount of shells dont forget to also increase the
[SUBMARINE_AMMOLIMITS1] ;105mm MaxAmmoPerSlot=2000 storage space for the shells
