Thank you, I'll put it all back together again with all 24 plugged in and see.
I took the P/S out to put in another old 3ghz computer, but it won't post or boot either. Fans run, lights come on, but that is all. Just like in the Navy I have to keep waking up the supplyman to exchange a part to see what the problem is.
