New to WWII subsims

Thanks for the welcome. Thats good to hear because I can get SHIII cheap. I would not have thought five years later it would still be going strong. My taste in games seems to be turning towards the WWII era whether it be flightsims FPS or subsmarine.

Are there any online communities that coop or head to head this sim?

Check the Multi-player section.
Owner and the ComSubPac guys will twist your wick.

With the current modders busy at work there has never been a better time to get stuck in to a WWII sub-sim.
There truly is a wealth of very high quality,innovative and creative mods out there,you will love it here

I just bought a brand new copy of SH III for six dollars US plus shipping. Hard to beat that. I have a buddy i used to play 688 with who is interested as well...will it work on 64 bit vista?
