How about "he was fleeing and he ran into my bullet?" :rotfl:
At the least, I was trying to restrain him and he somehow came into contact with a baseball bat that was lying on the floor, repeatedly and violently until his skull cracked and he lost consciousness? Seriously though, best be safe - the camera idea is a good one.
