Pepe le Moko A-ganger Join Date: Feb 2009 Posts: 73 Downloads: 126 Uploads: 0	I thought i read somewhere that maybe it improves slightly the speed at which the U-boat reacts to orders and carry out maneuvers but really i haven't noticed any difference.
