SH3 not so realistic afterall?

The first thing that I noticed about GWX 3 was just how quickly it gets dark once you're under water.This is a great improvement in my book.
I'd also like it to be pitch black at night on the surface if there's no moon.

I don't know about pitch black but it is darker than it ever has been in the past
