Hi!I have old P4 630, 3.0GHz with HT technology, but SH3 in my case use both virtual processors/cores, so i think that it should be able to work with multiple cores too. Shakatan

Hi!
AlacrityPC shutting down unnecessary progs and services which works in background and slows downy your PC.

Don't forget to use any RAM cleaning program before you start SH3. That should help too.

As noted, Happy Times has a lot going on. I didn't do the campaign files for GWX, so I am not familiar with the largest convoys. The person who did it is on leave for a couple of months and is not available to ask.
If you know how to do it (and I don't), you can open the campaign files in Mission Editor and see for yourself where the action is. I would try AM section in 42 or early 43 for action.

After much testing I can report a 10% minimum increase in fps using the small application found at Toms Hardware. Testing was done using the Happy Times s/m. I tried with outside view both en/disabled to see if there was any hit but at no time did I get any slow downs or stutter, an average of 95 fps in action. All this with 2x2 Supersampling/Super Transparency AA and 4x Anistropic filtering at a 1920x1200 screen res, using an 8800GTX 768 Ram with SLI disabled. Here is the link...........

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gettin...eview-960.html

just follow the instructions the link for the app is on page one of the article.

Best regards.
