[REL] Kill Flags Mod

Everything except the kills carry over. In other words, everything from the ribbons down is for the captain and everything above the ribbons is for the boat. So, you would keep a total for your medals and your tonnage for your career and start over with no kills and no patrols on a new boat.

Been looking into filing a report for a while finally did it.

Just wanted to drop a line saying love this mod, been using it since the beginning

Great.... I got a new boat like, an hour before this was posted though.
