After testing.

I get the bug ONLY when starting at 3/51. If i start at SubPac the game proceedes normaly.

Additional INFO. I tested the 3/51/ witha ll 4 subs.. same starting error on Dec 9th. All subs at SubPack begin correctly no errors.
