Iv'e never used teamspeak. This uses a microphone? How does it work so that everybody doesn't all talk at the same time?

Simple, on Top of your Teamspeak,
You see Settings?
Sound Input And Output Settings,
Click choose push to talk,
Now choose a Button on your desktop,
Click Set,
Done,
Push this button if and when you wish to talk,
Simple,
