Man, get Hollywood out of your mind. Guns and bullets aren't the uber weapons Hollywood makes them out to be. The way they portray it is a gun is is only second in destructive power to a nuke.

Many things can actually stop a bullet. Now you are starting to see why a .45 is a better option to a 9mm and a .40.
