I still have my ~8 years old 17" CRT, maybe it's time to get a new one :hmm:

Some of my older games have borders on the sides of my monitor.

Command & Conquer series for instance. If I force them to use the fullscreen they look distorted and stretched out.

I have a 22 inch Samsung. I don't mind those borders at all.

WHich monitor do you have? Half the reason for me not going widescreen is all the widescreens I have seen stretch 4:3 pictures fullscreen screwing up aspect ratio and making things look ugly . Not much of an issue for newer games, but older games - Yuck! I want those borders.
