Oh yeah, it's all getting superb! I didn't even notice anything wrong with reflections etc.; all was going well but i musta got a corrupt save file or something; it kinda put the graphics in "stoopid" mode; the sky got almost black, everything looked weird, and it slowed to 2 FPS! And no matter what i did (loading other saves, starting new games, exiting and changing card settings, etc.) it wouldn't reset. Re-booted, started new game, it was fine. One of those things i guess but i don't think it had anything to do with the mod. But it's all reversable so i'll just keep playing with it and see what they come out with next!

Default Question for you WilhelmTell

When i try to enter values like number comma number (0,95) all that appears on the left after saving is the last whole number entered. Any ideas?

Edit: Uhhh, never mind; i guess it's supposed to a decimal, but for some reason in some posts it looks like a comma. Anyway, that's what the voices in my head tell me and i always do what they say.

Hope to hear more on this soon. Really hope this wasn't scraped, looked like it had great promise.

I am sure it won't be scrapped, if Seeadler needs more time, he has earned it. We can all wait

Can it be loaded up through the generic mod loader or do we have to do a load of manual tweaking?

Mod enabler works fine with this. I used it last night and had no issues.

Didn't mean to imply otherwise, by all means take whatever time is needed. Just strange the whole thread is gone. Thats all.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that European notation uses the comma and decimal point in the reverse of what we do on this side of the pond. Kinda like the metric vs imperial thing.

I had no problems with the mod (other than the reflections that I fixed with WilhelmTells' solution : Thanks, WT , BTW). Didn't get to play too long with it though.

This mod has seafoam texturing problems too. Look at the ocean when the wave state is high and you'll notice repetitive texturing thats probably not what Seeadler had in mind.

I guess he felt a little pressure to get it out. Hopefully all can be fixed soon, cause I REALLY like the seafoam

Thats a rendering issue with the games rendering. I dont think thats fixable. I saw the same thing in SH3.

Now then, since i incorporated the 8KM version of this mod in TM 1.6, can someon eexplain to me, aside from the shadowing issues which i tweaked/fixed, what exactly is the problem with it?

Default Here is a good view of Kriller's and Seeadler's

Work combined with my scene.dat file

And Duciums your right it is the same rendering problem with some of the ocean effects as well!
The game engine just needs a little more work to make it all look and function right.

As to answer your question it is just a mater of blending differn't mod's right now to get what your
looking for in the game. Until Seeadler is back with his repairs to the Environment.

First install Kriller's work then over it install Seeadler's work then add my Scene.dat file

That is the best combination I found although I removed the moon file from the Environmant mod because
I like the white Moon look better at night on the new sky line. Nicer reflections on the water as well.

Leo, you shadows look to be correct. Mine are jaggy and do not blur with the water. I tried adding Krillers with this mod and still the same. Still a sweet mod.

Where does this all fit in with TM 1.6? Install it first and then the rest quoted above?
