Okay, thread locked (Steve not yet on Skype to discuss the matter with).
One of three things should happen soon.... 1: Thread will be left locked to wither on the vine. 2: Thread will be reopened. 3: Thread will be deleted (Steve and I may decide to leave third choice to Neal).
