^ Actually, if you look into the US ENDD system closely enough, you will notice that as recent as last year Tobacco Companies were buying out/up ENDD production companies. They realised the potential of the devices and realised the shift that dependants were making to a healthier option. They're not pushing the devices but they sure don't want to miss the boat on the profits.

Also, what costs are "nuts"? My ENDD has saved me over £1000 in 7 months.

While there are currently no accepted health studies on these devices any impartial study will show that they present no health concerns over and above any nicotine intake you incur within a normal diet, say consumation of Eggplants, Cauliflowers, Green Tomatoes or even Potatoes (yes, they all contain nicotine).

Let's be clear about one thing. I have given up smoking but I have not given up my habit and I have no intention to. I have retained the enjoyment I get from smoking, removed the health impact and reduced the financial impact on myself and on my countries health service. It's a win win for me.
