That's also the key: In the scarce availabel time I have, I can do one of both things: Learn C, C+, hexediting or whatever, OR mod. If I do the first (And asuming I could even be able to learn it quickly), then I don't mod at all, and worser even, when I'm done with C+ it might happen that my interest has shifted to another game that requires something else different
