Sober´s base fog mechanics

BTW, got an issue with MO + patch2, but it can happen due to my GTX285. Randomly, the flag dissapears and sometimes, it just gets white or blue (seems that I am trying to surrender the boat

)

Other "bug" that happens from time to time: planes pass over my u-boat without attacking. I mean, for example, at 12:20 planes just pass over the boat; at 12:35 they attack but just once; at 12:45 just pass over; at 13:15 just pass over; at 13:30 they attack several times and so on.

Thanks for your amazing work, you are making SHV a new and great sim, something that Ubi did not achieve
