Instead of patching it the day, or week, it is released, it should have been released when it was ready.

The only problem I see there is that, with the limited number of testers and the time it takes to fix every problem, is that "when it was ready" could turn out to be 2015.

And even then the users will almost surely stumble upon something the devs still missed.
