I can't seem to be able to get to the engine room, is it only accessible with the free cam?: (yes I should have read the readme!!)

If I am doing something wrong could some one please post a view from the CR looking toward the rear, doesn't look right!
Also Shift+F2 is the free cam mode what turns it off??

flakmonkey, i have a question,because my engines no running?
is this the beta version or a bug?
because the hands on the enginetelegraph misses???
and at the begin of every mission are water inrushes in the central???

Can anyone help me?

If this mod is installed properly, a new shortcut (shift-e) puts you back at the engine room in freecam mod. Or if you are in the zentrale, control room, then you can click on the floor to go into freecam mod and walk back to the other compartments.
To come out of the freecam mod, you can just right click or go into other views with the F4,F5,.. keys.

Toni, it's mentioned in the readme, this is the non-animated beta version for us to test the FPS/System performance. And all the telegraph and other dials are non-clickable at the moment.

All works ok, with so many commands I just got confused, one exception, shift+e only goes into freecam mode does not take me to engine room,!!

Another thing is the Hatch doesn't open, I think that has been mentioned, the hatch lever on the RR side still works!!
All in all a great mod, thanks flakmonkey and thanks to you also DD, certainly brings new life to SHIII! Can't wait for the engine animation!

I use the shortcut, shift-h to open (ctrl-h to close) the hatch. I'm not sure if I tried the lever. The hatch had a graphical problem looking from the RR side but I think the newer upload from last night fixed it, I'll be trying it tonight.

It`s a very nice mod but...i stay away from it till a bettered / newer version.

When i install this mod i can`t use the dd mods anymore. Only the flag
is working.

I had deďnstalled the dd`s mod in jsgme but that didn`t help.
I do also use the makman gui with the dd`s fix and i am not planned
to disable this great mod. Couldn`t use the command shift + h and shift + o.
and shift + v.

So for me it is waiting till all is bettered.

Anyway it is a very great mod Flakmonkey

Great mod Flakmonkey. Seems OK on my old rig (P4 3Ghz, 3gig memory and ATI x1650pro 512mb video). Get about 25-30 fps walking through the engine room toward the rear of the boat, drops to about 15 fps walking the other way. I can live with that because it's such a good mod. When I clicked on the Watch Officer on the CT I shot up in the air, but I believe there is a fix for that by Diving Duck when he originally launched his open hatch mod. Can't wait for the animated version.

I have a problem with the hatch going to radio/sonar room. I have SH3 1.4b with GWX 3 and this interior mod v0.11 being only mod installed from JSGME right now.

From the command room you cannot see the hatch door at all, not closed nor opened. The hole is just grey and you cannot walk thru it in free walking mode. If I go to radio room by pressing F9, the hatch door exist there but it is closed.

So it seems that there is only one hatch door at radio room's side and it is closed. Hatch doors to petty officer's quarters and diesel room are all open as supposed.

If I disable this mod and enable Open Hatch mod, the hatch door is open to radio room as should.

Any ideas?

Jugger,
You have to take the other direction to see the engine room. It
isn`t behind the sonar/hydrophone room.

Not sure but I had DD's OH mod combined with the conning tower fix, I now have FM's mod with conning tower fix and that problem is not there.
BTW Shift+e definitely doesn't take me to the engine room.

Sorry you misunderstood, I can't get to the sonar room from the command room because the hatch is closed but I can get to engine room.
