So my only option was to replace the buggy .val file with the .val file taken from the Waterstream-Mod.

Result: Waterstream and Bowspray are okay now for the Type IID, but there is no exhaust.

Unfortunately, I have not answer from Racerboy. Probably not interested any more for SH3 modding...
