I believe the level of damage is described in the red vertical line. The higher it is the worse it is. Now, bulkheads(hull) that are red and almost completely fill vertical line the should indicate it is really really bad. Repaired, yes, but certainly not like new and in strenght. My recommendation is this, if repaired and no blue showing(flooding) you can dive but not very deep at all. If blue, like mine was and stern down, plan a course home for refit.
