That date in CareerTrack is not reflective of the date you'll actually leave. That seems to only show the date when your next mission is chosen from. You won't really know when you'll leave until you go to do so, and then see it in the orders "Depart on date-whatever". That departure date might be buried somewhere in the Save data, or else the game does the "math" (
 ) at run-time when you leave...
