Just a quick mod question

So I spent like 4 hours downloading the Volodya Mega Pack like 2 GB and enabled them in JSGME and it says 15 mods found 15 activated and im playing the game but I don't see any changes or improvement's.. Maybe there small and subtle?? If they are that's cool but im looking at them and theres environmental mods and crew mods and map + Screen mods Interface and sensor and sound mods etc.. Maybe I didn't play it long enough to see a difference. Said it would make the game a supersub sim lol
And on that note I have to say that this must be as true as you can get to the subsim. Ive been going full bore (x32) to get to my destination(Your dock to the Britain shore to destroy supply ships) which I created paths for to get there and even with the increase in speed im still not there yet and ive been playing most of the evening....
