Theory of the weekend would like to hear your answers

First off I need to thank JoeCorrado for helping me figure out how to get the mods up and running.

. However after spending a few days deep sixing a few convoys with a Skipjack and Los Angeles boat it got me thinking. One of my all time favorite movies is Final Countdown with Kirk Douglas and Martin Sheen and I began to wonder between a Nimitz class carrier and a SSN which one would be able to be adapted once there advanced weapons had been used? could a Seawolf,Virginia, or Los Angeles class boat be adapted to use world war 2 area torpedos? Or would the Nimitz class carrier adapt better? So fire away captains I want to know your thoughts on this.
