A good solution would be fiercly attacking the illegal gun owners, and not the everyday-joe who jumped through all the hoops, paid all the charges, and passed all the tests.
I feel like I am getting screwed here, and all I ever shot was paper, and deer. Mostly paper. I can start shooting humans, others seem to do it with impunity. That may be the best solution.
