Bad weather jackets missing in storm

Hi, mates. I have a recurrent question in SH4: the bad weather jackets missing in storms. I use Sh4 1.5 + TMO2 + RSRDC (plus TMO Beta Update plus RSRDC Patch).

When save a patrol in course, with bad weather, I have the lookouts with his jackets. When return to game, loading the mission/patrol, the jackets missed, and the poor guys are with shirts in that storm!

I make diverse tests: change the lookouts of position, change the lookouts with crew of machine rooms, control room, and so on...Ever change the lookout, but without the jacket.

I think the TMO Beta Update corrects the issue, but nothing...Is the same ethernal bug.

Is there some actualization for the correction of this problem, some tip?
